Separation Agreements and Parenting Plans

Negotiating a fair agreement and entering into a legally binding written agreement outside of the court process can be difficult after a separation. Examples of when an Amending Agreement may be required is when a child graduates from high school or university, a support payor retires or is terminated, or a spousal support recipient’s income or relationship status changes.
