Hiral approaches family law, recognizing that people often seek legal support during one of the most stressful periods of their lives. Whether it is a separation, a parenting dispute, or determining the next steps, she listens first and guides each client with practical advice and honest communication.

In parenting matters, Hiral focuses on solutions that keep the child’s best interests at the centre while helping families move forward in a healthier way.
A Strong Legal Foundation
After completing her LL.B. in India, Hiral earned her Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in March 2026 and is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C).
Financial Insight in Family Matters
Before beginning her legal career in Canada, Hiral spent more than four years in financial advisory roles in India, gaining experience reviewing financial records and working with complex financial disclosures. That background helps her navigate matters involving property division, support, and pension valuations.
Diverse Experience and Practical Solutions
Hiral is also currently working toward obtaining her law licence in India. During her articling term, she worked on separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, financial disclosure, and case and settlement conferences. She also gained experience in residential real estate transactions and wills and estates matters.
Focused on Resolution When Possible
These experiences strengthened Hiral’s belief that while some matters require strong advocacy, many families benefit from practical, resolution-focused approaches whenever possible.
Beyond the Office
Outside of her practice, Hiral enjoys painting and playing squash. She also serves with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers as Co-Lead of the Events Sub-Committee within the Mentorship Committee and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
